Brillen mit Stil und Heritage. Dafür steht Kirk Originals. Das britische Label setzt komplett auf Design und Produktion Made in England. Bereits 1919 wurde das Unternehmen gegründet. In den 90ern erlebte das Label schon einmal einen Hype, weil zahlreiche Popmusik-Größen sich als Fans der Brillen outeten. Daran wollen die Macher wieder anknüpfen. Jetzt fertigt das Unternehmen an gleicher Stätte wie zu Gründerzeiten. Es geht um zeitlose, handgemachte Modelle, die dennoch einen hohen Fashion-Grad haben. Alle Produkte werden per Hand in London hergestellt. VK-Preise liegen zwischen 200 und 600 Euro. Zu den ersten Kunden gehören Luxus- und Premium-Händler wie Mr Porter, Londenfrey in München sowie Jondral in Hannover. Der Vertrieb in der DACH-Region läuft über Amtraq Distribution in Frankfurt am Main.

The show will be held for the first time in the beautiful Palais am Funkturm.

Designed by Bruno Grimmek, the Palais am Funkturm as part of the Berlin Exhibition Grounds was built in 1956/57, and was one of the best-looking and most modern venues hosting events and guests in Germany, featuring an unusual room layout and the charm of the Fifties.
With a retractable staircase, partitions and a chandelier adjustable for height, it offers outstanding flexibility when it comes to organising available space. The Fifties and Sixties are back in vogue here, with curved designs, period decorations and a large patio complete with fountains.
